At Tiny Art Stories, we believe in the transformative power of art. Our tailored workshops are designed to meet your unique needs, whether you're seeking art-as-therapy sessions for personal growth, team-building experiences for your organization, or emotional healing workshops within a medical setting. We craft each workshop with care, ensuring a meaningful and enriching experience for all participants. Using a combination of mediums including watercolor and acrylic paints, pens and markers, collage, clay work, and incorporating micro-journaling, participants have the opportunity to explore their inner thoughts and emotions in a safe and supportive environment.
Based on scientific data, our workshops are designed to help individuals work through obstacles, overcome fears, manage anxiety and depression, regulate emotions, address a spectrum of PTSD, addiction, self-worth issues, and more. Through art therapy, participants can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, set goals, empower themselves, build confidence, and learn to navigate the challenges of life.
We cater to a variety of groups including:
- Individuals in need of support during life transitions or grieving process.
- Businesses of all sizes and nonprofits seeking stress reduction and well-being activities for their employees.
- Those struggling with addiction.
- Those with PTSD.
- The elderly population looking to improve dexterity, creativity, cognitive function, socialization, and overall well-being.
- Small groups for fun private parties focusing on creativity and growth.
